Refund Policy
Orders will be made to the sizes that I am given. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they give accurate measurements. Any mistakes when measuring are not the responsibility of Celtic Leatherwork.
Please see my sizing guide for how to measure correctly.
If it is determined that the measurements were done incorrectly, I may be able to re-size the item for an additional cost. Please contact me for information.
When returning an item you are responsible for the return postage.
I cannot accept returns on personalised items unless there is a fault with the product.
If you intend on returning an item, please let me know within 14 days in writing or via email. Please enclose your name, the product you wish to return and the reason you wish to return.
All returned items need to be in a new, unused and unmarked condition.
A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Items over £150 GBP will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. (Excluding custom or personalised items).If any import fees or taxes are due to be paid by Celtic Leatherwork for a return or resize of an item from overseas, this amount will be taken out of the total amount available for a refund, or added to the resize cost.
As all my products are hand made to order, please allow 5-10 weeks for delivery. I will keep you as updated as possible on lead times via your confirmation email.
Delivery on items over £100 GBP are free within the UK and sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed service.
Shipping costs vary for overseas orders, but all orders will be sent using Royal Mail international tracked and signed service. You will be given a tracking number for your order.
Items sent outside the UK, may incur import duties and taxes, you, the buyer, are responsible for these.
Any items that are lost in the post are not the responsibility of Celtic Leatherwork.
